HerTechSpace is a transformative initiative under Peduserve designed to empower young women between the ages of 15 to 35 through immersive training in technology and digital innovation. This project provides practical, hands-on learning opportunities for women to thrive in the fast-evolving tech landscape.

🎯 Scope / Focus Area
HerTechSpace focuses on providing foundational and intermediate-level training in key technology areas, including:

• Basic Computer Literacy
• Software Development

🎯 Objectives

• To introduce young women to career paths and opportunities in the technology industry.
• To equip participants with practical digital skills necessary for work, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
• To promote inclusivity by reducing the gender gap in tech.
• To foster self-confidence, leadership, and creativity through tech exposure.
• To create a pipeline of women tech champions and potential facilitators for future programs.

👩‍🎓 Target Group
Young women aged 15 – 35 years. This includes students, job seekers, entrepreneurs, or early-career professionals with interest in technology.

📅 Program Duration
The project will be held over a 3-day period for each cohort, with each day consisting of a 3-hour session, running continuously for 3 to 6 months.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

1. Identify as female, aged between 15 to 35
2. Have basic literacy (reading & writing)
3. Show interest or passion for digital and technology skills
4. Have a laptop
5. Commit to attend all 3 days of training
